Order forms

• Read Things worth considering before sending your films for transfer.
• Print the order form with your printer and send it in with your films.
• If you don´t have access to a printer, you can write down your order on a ordinary
  piece of paper and attach it to your films.
• The order forms are in PDF format. If your browser can´t open the files you need to
  update Acrobat Reader, it is of course free of charge to update.
• It may take a while before the PDF order form is loaded in a new window.
