If you have any question at all, please contact us by e-mail or telephone. You can call us free of charge with Skype.

 

We always respond to e-mail within 24 hours, usually within a few hours.

 

If you haven´t received a e-mail reply within 24 hours, you e-mail haven´t reached us. Or our e-mail reply haven´t reached you. Please send the question again, or try to call us. It is rare but it happends that e-mail disappear into cyberspace or get blocked without any notice to the sender or the recipent.
